Dottie Lou customers can enjoy Free Shipping on all U.S. orders!

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number and a link via email so you can track your package once it ships.

If your package gets lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please reach out to the carrier as soon as possible since we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Once your order is placed, it can take up to 1-3 business days to process and package your order.

In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will process the rest of your order without that item.

We do not offer free international shipping at this time - reach out to us for inquiries.

Refunds:
At Dottie Lou, our goal is simple, love them, dress them and watch them take on the world in style. If something isn’t quite right, we’re always happy to help with a return or exchange.

Return & exchange policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Whether you need a different size or simply changed your mind, we’ll do our best to make the process simple and stress free.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All original tags must still be attached
• Please note: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

Returns initiated within 3 days qualify for a refund minus the return shipping fee and an 8% restocking fee per item.
